All rooms were bright and incredibly comfortable.

The location was good, only 5 minutes walk to Museo del Pueblo de Guanajuato. What's more, it was near restaurants and activities and the center of town and the centre of historical town. Liked central heating, flat-screen TV, and a safe in the room.

The location is perfect and favourable, a 10-15 minute walking distance from Alley of the Kiss. The bets part that it's near the center of town, the city centre, and a cafe.

The staff was very attentive and kept me updated regarding all issues. The location of the hotel was perfect, with all the attractions within walking distance. I also enjoyed the fact that the hotel had a coffee machine and tea available at all times.

The bathroom was small and could have been more spacious. there were a few minor issues with the room, such as a musty smell in the rug and difficulty opening the old doors.

The staff member was attentive and kept in contact, excellent location in the center of the historical town, comfortable living and surrounded by fine restaurants, host speaks great English.
